- Data related to professional life (e.g. name of the buyer's company);
- Data related to personal life (e.g. characteristics of the product purchased or of which the person is a beneficiary, personal message for the beneficiary (specifically for vouchers/gift vouchers), delivery method and time slot chosen, delivery address, date of use of the voucher or gift voucher, comment for the chef, etc.);
- Economic and financial data (e.g. bank details of the buyer, date of payment, confirmation, type of payment);

We only process personal data that is strictly necessary to achieve the specified and legitimate purposes defined in the following sections
We do not process any sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership. The same applies to any information on life or sexual orientation, genetic, biometric or health data.
Why and how do we process your personal data ?
- We may process personal data to administer sales and to meet our contractual obligations. This includes, for example, ensuring the delivery of products and services, communicating with buyers and recipients during their purchase or usage cycle (e.g., help with shopping cart abandonment, order confirmation, expiration of their gift certificates), and managing a gift certificate pool. The data attached to this purpose is kept in an active database for 1 month after use or, failing that, expiry of the voucher/gift certificate.
- We may process personal data to ensure payment and invoicing of our services and thus meet our contractual and legal obligations. The data necessary to carry out the invoicing and the customer credit notes are kept for 1 year and then deleted. Invoices are kept for 10 years after they are issued (legal time limit). Please note that only our secure payment providers have access to your bank details.
- We may process personal data in order to monitor our sales statistics and thus meet our legitimate interest. The data is anonymised in order to carry out these statistics.
- We may process personal data to prevent fraudulent payments in order to meet our legitimate interests.
- We may send you commercial offers promoting products and services similar to your purchases.
In view of the purpose of each processing operation, we take the necessary steps to ensure that personal data can only be accessed by our internal departments, third-party recipients designated by law or subcontractors who need to know it.
In application of the GDPR, your data may be kept by us until the time limits for legal action have been reached. In this case, only the persons in charge of the litigation within the company have access to it. At the end of these periods, your data is either deleted or irreversibly made anonymous.
